"No issues"

About: Craigavon Area Hospital / Acute Medical Unit (AMU)

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

Everything on the ward has been good, I couldn't complain there has been no issues. The staff have been very good to me and the communication with them has been fine. The food here has been dead-on, there's plenty to choose from on the menu. The facilities on the ward are fine the bathroom and shower and good but there is no remote for the TV which is annoying.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback regarding your time in AMU. I am glad to hear you have had a positive experience on the ward, and that the staff have provided good communication and care during your stay. I am sorry that there was no remote for the TV, I will pass all of this feedback on to the team. Wishing you all the best.
