I just wanted to highlight how wonderful the midwives are in ward 3. I'm currently pregnant with my second child and have attend attend the triage unit on three occasions - twice for reduced movement and once as my community midwife sent me as she suspected preeclampsia (thankfully not the case).
I had been up a couple of times with reduced movements when i had my son in 2021 and i was determined this pregnancy was going to be different however I've still had to go up for reassurance.
The midwives are just absolutely lovely and at no time have i been made to feel like I've wasted anyones time. Each time I've spoken to them they have said if I need to go back, day or night, just to give them a call.
They have taken time to explain everything thats been going on and have made sure I've been completely happy on each occasion before leaving. They are all a testament to NHS Grampian and the midwifery profession.
"The midwives are just absolutely lovely"
