"The communication with staff is good"

About: Craigavon Area Hospital / Acute Medical Unit (AMU)

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I arrived on the ward recently, I was originally supposed to go to Daisy Hill but I was brought here. The care has been great, the staff are fantastic , everything has been going well. The ward's very clean and the facilities are accessible. The communication with staff is good, the doctors have come round each day to see me and the nurses are always here to help. The only thing is there are no remotes for the TV.
