"Happy with the care"

I have been on this ward for a couple of weeks, after waiting for a few days I was brought to the AMU ward. I'm happy with the care I have received, the staff keep me updated as much as they can with everything I need to know. I'm comfortable on the ward and the facilities here are fine, there kept clean. I can't think of anything that could be changed on the ward to improve it.
