In July I had a very pleasant experience with the nurses in pre-op. Ethina was supporting a new nurse who had started. They were both very pleasant and informative and explained all procedures and blood results. I had to attend to see the anaesthetist in pre-op and Rutherford was very informative and knew my history from start to finish. He reassured me regarding my coming procedures and the anaesthetic I would be receiving.
