(as a parent/guardian),

My child sadly had to attend Kids A&E due to ongoing worsening abdominal pain.  The staff at A&E, from reception staff, nurses and doctors were all so kind and very good at communicating next steps.  After admission to the Kids Surgical Ward we experienced the same  from all the staff which made a very scary time easier and we will forever be grateful for the excellent care my child received.  Thank you for all your hard work xx

Hi Stitchonsie,

Thanks so much for taking the time to post such positive feedback for staff. At such a scary time for both you and your child, its good to know that our staff made the experience as good as it could be. And I will of course share this with ED and surgical ward staff, it means a lot.

I hope your child is now well and truly on the mend and able to enjoy the summer again!
