I had a brown patch on my leg which bled. I saw the nurse a couple of times and on the appointment of the 17th July she referred me to see Dr Ward. He then referred me to Northampton General Hospital.
On the 4th August a letter arrived from the hospital, instructing me that I had an appointment on the 8th August, I thought the speed at which I was allocated an appointment was excellent.
The consultant I saw was Locum Consultant Dr Oijsselmuiden who was very good. On the 12th October I had it removed under local anesthetic, and was very successful.
The Dermatology clinic is a busy clinic but despite this all the staff were very good, the communication was particularly good always answering any questions I had.
However the parking is very expensive and there are few spaces.
