"I have used the park hospital for over 30 years…"

I am a self paying patient. The hospital and staff are still great can not fault them I saw a consultant who told me I was to have the nerves in my hand checked I did and was ask there and then for payment in cash not card so we at to drive to cash machine to get the money out and take it back to him , I have recently had a small operation on my wrist I told to be in the hospital for 7 in morning. On arrival I was taken to my room for the day were I waited from 7-30 almost six hours in extreme pain before I was taken to theatre for a 40 minutes operation I do believe if I had not complained to who I think was the ward sister I would have waited a lot longer I understand there are a lot of NHS patience being treated in park hospital now but to after wait that long in extreme pain and paying for private treatment was disgusting.
