"Brilliant Staff"

I have been feeling unwell for quite some time now, but after getting some blood tests carried out last week I received a call on Friday to go straight to Daisy Hill Hospital where I was admitted.  Since I have been here I have gotten numerous blood tests and a CT Scan done all of which have made me feel a lot more content.  I have to get further tests done as the doctors want to take a closer look at what is going on. 

The staff have all been brilliant and have given me a lot of reassurance.  Sometimes I do notice unfairness between the nurses and the HCA who in my opinion are amazing, I would like to give a special thank you to Sharon on Female Medical, you do a fantastic job.  

I am in a ward with five other ladies all of whom have stories to tell which keeps me from getting bored.  Sometimes the ward can feel a bit cold in the evenings, but an extra blanket sorts this out.  My experience has been good in Female Medical.
