"If all procedures go like this I'll be a happy bunny."

About: Cannock Chase Hospital / Trauma and orthopaedics

(as the patient),

What a pleasurable experience at cannock chase hospital, arrived, checked in, then taken to a waiting ward, where I was checked on constantly, even to the point of opening a window for me, and sitting in a comfy chair. The wait was a long one, but I could see how busy they were, so just settled in, and read a book that I had brought with me.

A couple of hours later, I was told to change, and had the necessary checks done, then walked down to the operating theatre. The staff was lovely, from the staff behind the reception, to the nurses in the theatre, they put me at ease. Procedure done, back in the recovery ward, more tests, then back on ward, lovely cup of tea, and given relative paperwork, and we told, I could go home.

If all procedures go like this, I'll be a happy bunny.
