About: Royal Preston Hospital / Gynaecology

(as a service user),

I have been waiting almost 2 years for endometriosis surgery, all the while my pain gets worse. I have tried multiple times to chase up appointments etc, but every time it seems impossible to speak to someone who I feel cares. It's 2023, I don't think we can keep blaming COVID for substandard services.

Thank you for your response. Unfortunately I have already been through PALS and the formal complaint process, but my issues have yet to be resolved. I feel well and truly let down.
