"Felt like I was a nuisance"

About: Balfour Hospital

(as a service user),

Was an inpatient at the hospital - doctor and health care workers were really kind but some of the nurses were really unpleasant. I realise that staff are under a lot of pressures but patients do not choose to be ill. Ended up scared to press my call button for help because of the attitude of the nursing staff. Felt like I was a nuisance.
