"I felt at ease almost immediately"

I attended the radiology department for a routine x-ray today at Wishaw General Hospital. The receptionist was welcoming and I was taken through for my x- ray within a few minutes of arriving. I was taken into the room by Ann Marie ( Radiographer ) She was just lovely and I felt at ease almost immediately. I felt this was a positive experience as Ann Marie was chatty and explained what was happening and what I had to do. I didn't feel like a number,  as she was respectful and considerate. She was professional but could relate to my discomfort during the x-ray.  Thanks for your attention today Ann Marie . Much appreciated.
