"I left the appointment feeling very positive"

About: Enhanced Care / Continence Service

(as the patient),

I must admit I was a bit apprehensive about having my catheter removed and being taught how to self catheterise but I had a really positive appointment.

Deborah was absolutely amazing, very reassuring and explained everything in detail and also gave me a lot of useful information. She also explained about the many different catheters and I left the appointment feeling very positive about self catheterisation and also knowing I had the back up of the continence team.

Well done Deborah!! 😊

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback.

We acknowledge how apprehensive some patients can feel when they attend appointments. I am so pleased to hear your were reassured and the information you received was detailed and useful.

I am really delighted to hear you felt positive on leaving your appointment.

Providing such positive feedback about your appointment will hopefully help others to feel less apprehensive when attending for appointments.

Please be assured your feedback will passed on to Deborah and the wider team.

Thank you again

Ann
