About: South West & Southampton Division / Frailty Support Team - South West

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

All positive!

Had a fall recently, ambulance attended contacted GP and referred to the Frailty team.

Charming lady visited and checked me, gave me a walker.

Have nothing but praise for the team!

They came when they said they would and did everything they said they would do.

As with past experience with the team, they helped and supported me to enhanced my life.
