My mother in law is in the High Dependency Ward at Glasgow Royal Infirmary . I visited and left the ward feeling an immense amount of gratitude that she is being cared for so well by the team.
It is evident that each member of staff working on the ward is a dedicated, hard working and caring. The love and passion they have for their roles in caring for patients is clear.
My mother in law is sadly quite ill and has spent a a significant amount of time in hospital recently and she generally isn't happy to be there, however tonight she was relaxed and happy. As a family we feel better leaving at the end of visiting knowing that she is being so well cared for.
