"Their manner and care makes such a difference"

I recently had reason to attend Daisy Hill Hospital for a colposcopy and wanted to pass on my thanks to Dr Acheson and the nursing staff there for their care. Procedures such as colposcopy are obviously not pleasant for anyone and I was particularly anxious about it, but the staff were fantastic, reassuring me, holding my hand and explaining what was happening throughout. They made an unpleasant time slightly easier and I would like them to know that not only is their work so important but their manner and care makes such a difference.
