"Professional, warm & motivational"

About: Physiotherapy / Domiciliary Physiotherapy

(as the patient),

I have been having the Domiciliary Physiotherapy nurse Keiva come out to my house and she has been so motivational and helped to build my confidence. She is reassuring, friendly and really encouraging in her manner. She challengers me but in a good way. Keiva is very informative and such a good people person and with a good sense of humour, she truly has left a footprint in my life.

I also would like to recognise Michelle who is the person who answers the phone to arrange my physio appointments, her whole approach, customer service and professionalism is so warm and caring.

Thank you so much.

Don't worry. Caoimhe was really pleased with your feedback. Like most people with an unusual spelling of their name, Caoimhe does not take offense as it is a simple mistake to make given the variety of ways to spell her name.

Again, thank you for taking the time to let us know about your experience with the service and I wish you the best for the future.

Many thanks

Olga
