"car parking atrocious"

About: Royal Preston Hospital

having driven around every car park at Preston Hospital for 40 minutes and looked at off site parking, I had to leave without setting foot in the hospital. I have tried to speak to the car parking dept' but have not been able to get a response by phone, Pals voice mail says they advise contact car parks dept'. so all in all no one want to discuss the atrocious car parking situation. Car park attendants did not help as there was nothing they could do.

This was a failed visit to this hospital , I truly hope I never have to visit again.
