"I don't know where to go next"

About: General practices in Forth Valley

I have been fighting to speak to any medical practitioner in my GPs surgery for months about my ill health. I call hundreds off times before I get through and I get told more often or not to call back tomorrow.

I finally got to see a Nurse practitioner earlier in the year who got the ball rolling on getting to the bottom off my issues and organised tests. Then suddenly my next appointment got cancelled due to staffing issues....5 weeks it took for me to get through to get a new appointment, hundreds off calls.

I still don't have those test results. The unqualified reception staff are not able follow anything up.

After 5 weeks of breaking down and crying I got to speak to a real GP who arranged tests. Now I can't get to speak to anyone but the receptionist to get those results and next steps. So I'm  back at square one. 79 calls today to be told that I'm 'fine' by the receptionist and to call again tomorrow to try for an appointment.

How do I feel? Depressed and desperate. Hopeless and frustrated

I don't know where to go next
