Very easy to book appt with a GP.

Reception staff and admin staff are welcoming, calm, patient and have a thorough knowledge of the systems in place. They are understanding and have real empathy.

My GP appt was preceded by a blood pressure review and blood tests which were carried out with thoroughness, and personally tailored to my needs. I was given the chance to submit readings daily for a week, with very clear instructions and advice. I was also offered an ECG and advised to reduce one medication.

My GP appointment covered all my results and blood pressure readings and concerns. All my questions were answered and my concerns addressed which was such a confidence boost for me.

And an outstanding follow up was noted and will be completed.

I was never rushed, but given all the time I needed to grasp the info I needed to understand.

I feel very lucky to be a patient at such a thoroughly professional and yet friendly and easy practice to use.
