Annual diabetic review

About: Vale of Leven General Hospital / Endocrinology (including Diabetes)

(as a service user),

I was seen at my scheduled time. The staff made me feel relaxed, supported and reassured. They answered all of my questions and carried out a thorough review.

I would like this review to be carried out bi annually.
