"Second to none"

About: One Recovery Bucks / Aylesbury

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I have struggled with alcohol and needed help. I was taught the importance of not just stopping using alcohol. With my keyworker, Esther, a reduction plan was put in place. I struggled with the idea of an alcohol reduction but with support One Recovery gave, I stuck to it

The information/support and knowledge passed on to me was second to none

If I had one observation, it would relate to lack of diversity in staff, generally females

Hi there,

Thanks for your really valuable feedback. I am so pleased to hear about the process you have made with Esther supporting. She is such a valued member of our team.

We try really hard to have diversity within our teams and we are aware that our Aylesbury team is made up predominantly of female staff. Unfortunately there is a national staffing crisis and we can only recruit successful candidates through our processes and we generally get far more female applicants.

Can I wish you all the very best.

Regards,

Tracy
