My GP offers no online booking service.

On contacting my GPS receptionist l was not allowed to prebook any future appointment & the only option given was to ring at 8am the following day.Normally at that time the queues are horrific. The end result is patients give up trying to see their local GP.

This is not a reflection of the GPS or the reception staff but a totally inadequate appointment booking service at the practice.

It begs the question who will address this issue and when ??
