From start to end of my medical stay at Droitwich Hospital, I had an excellent experience. I had a full right knee replacement and stayed for 4 days (previously had full left knee replacement at same hospital).
The accommodation was first class, with my own room, en-suite, TV and great food.
The whole of the staff from consultant to nurses, recovery nurses, night nurses, physiotherapists, admin, porters, catering staff, housekeeping (especially the 2 sisters), were all amazing and nothing was too much trouble.
I felt more like a guest than a patient. During my NHS stay I was treated with total respect, care and dignity.
The aftercare was brilliant, from physiotherapist to emergency doctor appointment on a Friday afternoon.
I would definitely recommend this wonderful hospital and the fabulous staff.
