When I came to One Recovery Bucks I could barely leave the house apart from going to buy some alcohol. All I could think about was how long before I could start drinking and how much I could drink. I would stop going places and events as it might not fit in with my drinking. This left me alone

With support from my wonderful support worker, Teresa, I have managed to get my life back. I feel stronger, happier and have a lot less anxiety. My mood swings have disappeared which has helped me develop my relationships with friends and family again

Thank you One Recovery Bucks. It's changed my life for the better and a massive thank you to Teresa who was there for me all the way. Without this support, I don't know where I would be now
