My experience at One Recovery is getting well. I feel confident in accepting that I have a problem whereas before I was in total denial but after meeting up with my key worker and joining the session groups, I feel like I'm in a good place to make changes in my life with my addiction

Thank you for providing feedback on our ISFP Inspire Group. It is great to hear that you are in a good place to make changes to your substance use. Acceptance can be really difficult for some people, it is not easy to look inward and acknowledge that there is a problem. The fact you have done this is a positive step on the journey ahead. Attending groups can be benefical as you will meet others who are on their own recovery journey, drawing strength from each other.
