After Covid, this organisation suffered like many others with only a few staff remaining and the groups including Meditation, Acupuncture, Art and the like which had kept me clean and entertained from Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm were all gone. I had 4 different drug advisors in the space of 6 months and then 3 months clean with Sophie and still remain on daily pick ups so I cannot visit my nieces and nephews. 

However, Sophie had been amazing and I'm now ready to take the next step. I would love to join the team.

The amount of effort Sophie, my key worker contributed when I recently had some mental health issues brought on an investigation by the DWP and possible joint investigation by other agencies was great.

I look forward to all this hard work paying off and ORB returning to pre-covid times

Hi There,

Thanks for your feedback. Although some groups had to be postponed during the pandemic we have a full suit of daily groups, ask Sophie if you are still interested in attending. We also have our Friday Recoveyr Cafe open and the 'Your Voice' meeting afterwards where you can give us feedback.

Unfortunatley we did have a turn over of staff in the Aylesbury team but we are now back to being fully staff. So can I apologise for the changes impacting your care.

I am so pleased to hear that you have connected with Sophie and the interventions are supporting your recovery, I will ensure she hears your feedback. If you would like your opiate substitution treatment collection regime reviewed ask Sophie to book you in for a clinical review and you can discuss your concerns with a prescriber in service.
