"Podiatry Clinic"

About: Community Services - North Devon / Podiatry Torrington Health Centre

(as the patient),

Discovered I was type 2 diabetic at well woman clinic at Torrington Health Centre. I felt ok. Prescribed tablets but not agreeable so asked if could manage my diet and this was ok with Doctor and have been doing this for few years. Also have Rheumatoid Arthritis but am managing this with medication and attend the Health Centre for a blood test every 3 months.

I assume the podiatry clinic is because of diabetics and always glad to attend as cutting toe nails bit difficult. I try to arrive at clinic on time and never kept waiting for more than few minutes, wonderful service.

Thank you so much for taking the time to write a review.

Having diabetes means it is important to look after your feet. Making sure you check them daily and knowing who to contact if you do get a foot problem is essential.

Feedback is very important in helping us to continue to provide a great service. I am so pleased to hear that you have such a positive experience with Podiatry.

I will certainly pass on your kind comments to the staff at Torrington.
