"What a fantastic local service"

My husband was transferred to Ward 1 Loane House in Dungannon for Stroke Rehabilitation . 

What a fantastic local service, an excellent example of people working together across disciplines to achieve best possible person centred care . The ward is full of hope and appears to be a place where everyone feels valued and part of the team.  As a family our contribution and importance to the rehabilitation process was evident from admission , This made the discharge so much less daunting as we had been a part of the journey from  the start. 

Thank you so much to an amazing leader Wendy, to the Nursing staff, Health care assistants, Physios and Support workers, OT's and Speech and language therapists and the excellent Domestic staff. This was a very traumatic and life changing event made easier because of your care and kindness.
