"Good care at the Ulster hospital"

About: The Ulster Hospital / Emergency Department

(as the patient),

I was involved in a RTC whilst using public transport and attended Ulster Hospital ED as a result. I was doing OK and waiting in the waiting area until I took a bad vomiting turn  later in the evening. I was then taken into the cubicles beside the nurses station where I was looked after by a lovely nurse called Hari who went above and beyond and could not have done more for me. She is a credit to the Ulster Hospital and to the NHS.  Well done.

Hi Ulster2000

Thank you for taking the time to review your experience while attending the Ulster ED. I am sorry to hear of your incident that required you to attend but it is lovely to read that you received compassionate care from Hari when in the department.

I will share our kind comments with her and she will be delighted to receive them. Hari is a very valued member of the team.

I do hope you are recovering well.

Kind regards

Jenny
