"Everyone is friendly and very accommodating"

I've been receiving treatment from this unit for roughly 2 years and as of now I've never had a negative experience, the staff are extremely friendly and remember who I am every time I come for my treatment. I've never been felt to feel nervous or out of place as everyone is friendly and very accommodating. The only vaguely negative thing is that sometimes I'm left waiting for my IV to be replaced or taken out for a while, but that's because they are busy and not due to lack of care.
