"Engaging, smiley and helpful"

Ward 28 LGI

From the minute I walked in to the time I was discharged, all the members of staff were engaging, smiley and helpful.

Very hard working team who worked together to get their jobs done and help each individual patient. 

Even with some very needy patients they tried to be patient and positive in what they were asked to do. 

The food was very nice and served with a smile. 

All in all a very nervous patient was put at ease by very very nice people. 

I think it was  a lady called Rebecca who discharged me, was brilliant doing 3 jobs ( probably more) at once .

Got my medication and paperwork sorted. 

She is a credit to herself, LGI and the nursing profession
