"Made the process a lot less daunting"

Was nervous going for this appointment as it was my first time, however as soon as I went into the hospital the admissions staff Gillian and Ann were more than welcoming and really made me feel at ease.

I then met the nurse specialist Cailin who was so friendly and answered any questions or worries I had. She really made the process a lot less daunting and it went very smoothly, she is a real expert. Amy and Leona were also in the treatment room and talked away to me which really helped take my mind off the procedure and before I knew it it was all done.

I was then brought to the recovery room and treated by the lovely Roisin and Patricia who were so so friendly and good craic, and brought me tea, making sure I was okay. I could not fault any of the staff today during my procedure, it was all so professional and it has removed my fear if I ever need to get this done again. Massive thanks again to all the staff, it really made a massive difference to my experience.
