"Poor toilet facilities"

About: Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Neurosurgery (Ward 64 – 66)

(as a service user),

Went to use loo in QEUH, institute of neurological sciences building, ground floor. They're in a state of disrepair. No door on one cubicle, no lock on another... been like this for months. Shocking.

Hi JKcross.

I am very sorry to read this. Please be assured that the issues with these toilets have been escalated with the senior estates management team and we expect a swift resolution to these ongoing issues.

I agree that this is unnacceptable and can assure you that the outstanding issues will be resolved in due course.

Sam
