(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I have had an absolutely brilliant level of care in ambulatory, it's been very good and I'd like to thank the staff for their care so far. They're all very nice and have been so helpful throughout my time here. They communicate very well and are good at answering my questions and making sure I understand. I haven't an issue at all, the care's good, I am happy with it.

I’m pleased that you found all aspects of your care whilst in Ambulatory Care to be positive. I will ensure that all staff are made aware that you found their communication to be clear at answering any questions you had.
