About: Virtual Wards / Frailty Virtual Ward

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

The nurses I spoke to were very helpful, I had lost my voice and the nurses were very patient and helped me get the care I needed. They made a plan for me, which helped me enormously and it really impressed. I didn’t know this service existed before my referral. I was very impressed.
