"The groups have helped"

About: Inclusion Recovery Hampshire / Basingstoke

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

The service has really helped to get my drinking and drug use down. Having multiple in person groups in particular has helped. I was with the service during Covid but due to not being able to attend in person things didn't improve during that time. Sam has also been great.

Thanks for your post!

Sam who is our Group Facilitator has worked hard to develop the group interventions offered, so it is really positive to hear that these have had a positive impact. I will pass on your feedback.

Face to face interventions are a fantastic way of meeting others with shared experiences and can often be a great source of learning new coping strategies and new ways of thinking.
