I have found the program very helpful. It makes me realise that im not alone in my journey. The acupuncture and meditation have been excellent.

Group interventions can be really beneficial in your recovery journey. The structured sessions can teach you new ways of thinking and new coping strategies and the holistic therapies can aid with managing feelings and emotions. All of which are really important in recovery.
It's great to hear that you are feeling less alone and I would encourage you to keep participating!
