I am glad that there are now more groups to go to and also more structured ones as I feel it is very important to recovery. Right now I cannot think of any changes that should be made.

It's great to hear that the new group timetable is being received so well. I will ensure that this is shared with Sam our Group Facilitator and the team.

Structured group sessions are a great place to understand addiction, the impact it has on you and those around you and can equipe you with the skills and tools to move forwards and build resilience in your recovery.
