(as the patient),

My A&E experience in Glasgow Royal minor trauma waiting area was excellent. The consultants and nurses were fantastic. All staff medical and nursing showed compassion and dignity. I had 4 spinal fractures in agony and they did their very best.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback on Care Opinion.

I was very glad to hear the care and treatment you received from the staff was to a high standard and you felt well cared for while attending our A&E Department of the Glasgow Royal Infirmary.

We are extremely proud of the work the team do on a daily basis so to hear this echoed by our patients is very heart warming.

I will be happy to pass on your thanks to the staff who I'm sure will be delighted to hear you had a pleasant experience while under their care.

I hope your feeling a lot better and recovering well back at home.
