"appointment system needs attention"

The eye care examinations were first class, well explained and understandable.

However the booking system is a shambles. At least five text messages variously inviting an appointment to be made, two emails, after making appointment another arrived, via text, a mobile call after appointment a letter arrived after the appointment , given the state of the postal service ,can I suggest that a letter dated and presumable posted the day before is, somewhat ridiculous, given that it includes answers to common questions listed in general faq's

The second appointment someone called via landline, anappointment made, but, I continued to receive ,via text, invitations to make an appointment. I attended the second appointment on July 6th This morning July 7th I get, through the post an appointment letter for July 6th. The contact telephone number is useless, there's never anyone to answer.

Im fairly certain that technology will be blamed, but surely, somehere, somehow, it can be co-ordinated.
