"Outstanding care"

About: Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Palliative Care Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Renal and Transplant Services (Ward 4a, 4d)

(as a relative),

Outstanding care and compassion for my Mum on multiple admissions to 4C and transition to palliative care.  Jane, Louise, Wendy, Lauren and the entire team have shown unwavering levels of care and compassion not only to my mum, but to myself and every member of friends and family.  Despite undoubtedly busy shifts the team still formed personal bonds with mum - Jane even shared inside jokes and a sing song.

I can't quite describe just what a difference having such a wonderful team around Mum has made at such a tough time.  We are so grateful to all the staff and will always remember what they done for us.

Thank you nohairbobble for taking the time to send such lovely feedback at such a difficult time. I know someone from 4C will be along shortly to respond too, but I agree they are a fantastic team and it is always a pleasure to work with them - they know their patients so well and provide a great level of care.

If I can be of any assistance going forward, please do get in touch, and I hope you and your wider family are doing as well as can be expected. Thank you again.
