(as a relative),

I would like to thank Dr Steel, Consultant Geriatrician, and her team of nurses and care assistants (Louise, Cat, Amanda and Martin) who attended my mum in her own home to save her being admitted to hospital.  What a wonderful service they provide. 

My mum was referred within days for an ultrasound scan and the team have attended daily to monitor her bloods/temperature/blood pressure.  The idea of treating an elderly patient with hospital level care in their own home cannot be praised highly enough.  A huge thank you to you all.
