Receptionist phoned me to let me know I could have an appointment for my blood test and well women check at the same time, which was really helpful for me. Before that the only available appointments had been on different days.

I also liked the new system of requesting an appointment, via the enquiry form. Much easier to use than the app. GP phoned me on the same day.
