About: Crozier Lodge Day Centre

(as a relative),

My grandfather attends the day centre once a week. He absolutely loves it, it’s great for him to get out and interact with others! We as a family appreciate this and even more so we appreciate our regular guide help, Beth, who goes above and beyond for my grandfather and us. He can sometimes be a little difficult but Beth is so so patient and understanding, we just love to see her friendly face coming to our door.

Hello,

I am delighted that you have taken the time to send through feedback about your grandfather's experience attending Crozier Lodge Day Centre.

We understand the challenges that many families face in caring for their loved ones and indeed the challenges that the service users who attend here face, from age related health conditions to memory loss diagnosis. It is our privilege to care for your grandfather.

We put a huge focus on making sure that Crozier Lodge is a home away from home and strive to work with dignity and compassion at all times.

It is so affirming to hear your kind words and praise about Beth who is our regular Guide Help and Support Worker in Crozier Lodge. I will be sure to share this with her and with the team. Transport services for the SHSCT are such a vital part of the care and support that we are able to deliver and Beth embodies all that is so important about getting it right from the very first moment of contact, and that indeed starts with Beth's friendly face. This is a wonderful compliment for Beth and the whole team.
