"Care and Compassion"

My GP surgery has become a vital link to my health, which has deteriorated over the past year.

At all times, Dr Khan listens with care and understanding. A recent visit needed a blood test. It was completed within 24 hours of seeing the GP and a visit to Park House the next morning was greeted by lovely staff and a warm welcome.

I was offered another blood test as my GP took the time to follow this up with my neurologist due to a symptom that needed further advice.

The lovely Linda, a phlebotomist at Park House, did the next test, and the results were negative.

Unfortunately, my health took a dip when problems with my Epilepsy re-appeared plus new symptoms. I was lucky enough to get an MRI scan due to Dr Khan being vigilant and thorough. He asked me and my partner the right questions to determine how the changes were affecting me and my quality of life.

I am waiting for the results of this scan but I wanted to say thank you to Dr Khan, and all the staff who work at Unity. They are a credit to the NHS and deserved to be thanked publicly for the huge contribution they make and the difference they make to me.
