The recent outing to the Vyne, National trust house was really good. I was apprehensive before going but it was a really good day and a bonding experience.

We are really pleased to hear that you pushed yourself out of your comfort zone and enjoyed the service user outing to the The Vyne. Learning how to manage feelings like apprehension whilst in recovery can be challenging, so its great to learn that this was a positive experience for you and you were able to bond with other!

Hopefully there will be more outings like this soon!
