I had a lot of personal and work related issues which took a massive toll on my mental health. Unfortunately I didn't want to admit these problems until I was almost at rock bottom and could see no way forward.
I was referred to Julie, the mental health occupational therapist. Julie made me feel extremely comfortable and gave great consideration and attention to my story. Julie gave me good ways of coping with my negative thoughts and emotions. The regular sessions gave me encouragement and a sense of hope moving forward. Good constructive advice on how to move forward seen me take small but significant steps forward.
If it weren't for the care I received from Julie I don't know where my life would be just now both at work and personally.
