"Excellent care"

I attended the Out of Hours service recently and was very well looked after by all the staff I met there. The nurses were all lovely - very compassionate and friendly and would regularly ask me if I needed anything despite how busy they were.  And while trying to figure out the appropriate treatment for me would update me so I was always informed about what was happening. This greatly reduced my anxiety. I was particularly impressed by Dr Nazir, who treated me, she was so empathetic, kind and reassuring.
